Wedding Photo of Gary and Liz's Wedding in Michigan14 viewsThis was a great wedding, and Liz and Gary are a great couple. JJ and Zara are their two little ones in the picture in front of them. It was truly good seeing them all so happy, and I was honored to be invited to be in the grooms line. I sorta felt like a Mafioso Bodyguard in the suit. ;-) Garys tux is a very cool Mandarin style without a tie. Love you guys - thanks for having me up there.Oct 01, 2008

Merk goes to Florida49 viewsMark (who EQ folks will know as Merkraith on Luclin) came down to visit the Florida crew. From left to right: Ralph, Brian, Mark and me. If only we could have gotten Brian to cross his arms too, then we'd have really looked stupid! ;-)Jun 13, 2007

The bird men!15 viewsThere are two winged men on this particular monument.. and though I did not get a good shot at it .. a whole astrological chart on the ground. They actually did a "Hey archeologist here is what we were doing" sort of thing. It's also implied that "Hey Mr Alien, here is a star chart of when we completed this great work". (I'm horribly paraphrasing here for humor sake) but surprisingly enough.. its not far off. I was amazed.Jun 07, 2007

Dug out ditch18 viewsThe moutain area where the dam is situated really gives a feel for how deep the rock is that this water dug through over the milennia.Jun 07, 2007

Ken on the phone ;-)9 viewsThe street over the dam is narrow of course, but soon as I understand it there will be a larger bridge that will bypass the dam altogether for safety reasons (stated that terrorism was a very real possibility with the damage that could be caused) so makes good sense to me to bypass it. Out of place it seems7 viewsThe great big guilded door seemed really out of place (especially attached to a great big cement building) - but it did a fine job of showing the pertinent details on the plaques with style.Jun 07, 2007
