My dad just after casts removed39 viewsHerbert O'Dean Roden was my father (he has since passed), and this photo was taken back in January of 1973 after the casts were removed from his legs. He was in a bad car accident. I have few pictures of my father. He had his faults, but I miss him just the same.

It was truly good seeing them all so happy, and I was honored to be invited to be in the grooms line. The bird men!24 viewsThere are two winged men on this particular monument.. and though I did not get a good shot at it .. a whole astrological chart on the ground. They actually did a "Hey archeologist here is what we were doing" sort of thing. It's also implied that "Hey Mr Alien, here is a star chart of when we completed this great work".
